Eligible startups get 12 months of Auth0's B2B Professional plan free. It includes up to 100,000 monthly active users, Enterprise MFA, unlimited Organizations (subject to system limitations), 5 enterprise connections, inbound SCIM and 3 third-party APIs including Token Vault. B2B Professional starts at $800 per month on Auth0's public pricing.

Your company must meet all three criteria: venture-backed with less than $5M in funding, less than $1M in annual recurring revenue, and less than two years since incorporation. You also need a live website and a professional email on your company domain. You apply directly at auth0.com/startups. No SaaSOffers account, referral or code is required.

The free period ends after one year. You then pay list price for the plan and MAU volume you need, move to a cheaper plan such as B2B Essentials (from $150 per month), or drop to the Free plan if you fit within 25,000 MAU, 5 Organizations and 1 enterprise connection. Plan your post-year costs early.

No. The offer is not valid for existing paid Auth0 or Okta customers on enterprise or self-service plans. It is also not available to startups that were previously enrolled in the Auth0 for Startups program.

B2C plans target consumer apps and start at $35 per month (Essentials) and $240 per month (Professional) for 500 MAU. B2B plans target SaaS products sold to companies and start at $150 and $800 per month. B2B plans add unlimited Organizations, more enterprise SSO connections and SCIM. The startup program uses the B2B Professional plan.

Approval reportedly takes 1 to 2 business days. Auth0 does not publish an official timeline. Applying with a business email on your company domain and a live website avoids the most common delays.
