We checked these plans and prices against Emailchaser's official pricing and help pages in November 2026.

This is Emailchaser's standard public trial. Every plan on emailchaser.com starts with 7 free days, so you get the same trial if you go direct. It is not an extended trial and not a discount. Emailchaser's terms say it places a temporary authorization on your card for up to the price of your plan's first month. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel by day 7, the plan starts and that authorization goes toward your first payment.

Emailchaser is cold email software. It finds leads, checks each address and sends sequences with automatic follow-ups from every mailbox you connect. Replies land in one inbox called Unibox. The company is Emailchaser LLC, based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

## Four flat plans, priced by sending volume

Emailchaser does not charge per seat or per connected mailbox. You pick a plan by how many emails you send a month. Every plan includes unlimited team seats, unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes, and a monthly pool of lead credits.

| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Key limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $470 a year (about $39.17 a month) | $47 a month | 5,000 emails a month, 1,000 active contacts, 1,500 lead credits a month |
| Pro | $970 a year (about $80.83 a month) | $97 a month | 125,000 emails a month, 25,000 active contacts, 5,000 lead credits a month |
| Max | $3,580 a year (about $298.33 a month) | $358 a month | 500,000 emails a month, 100,000 active contacts, 10,000 lead credits a month, private Slack support, Sales CRM |
| Enterprise | $8,970 a year (about $747.50 a month) | $897 a month | 1,500,000 emails a month, 500,000 active contacts, 30,000 lead credits a month, private Slack support, Sales CRM |
| Free plan | None | None | 7-day free trial with 500 lead credits instead |

Yearly billing costs 10 months of the monthly price, so 2 months are free. Starter drops from $564 to $470 a year. Pro drops from $1,164 to $970. Limits are the same on both. There is no contract.

### How the limits are counted

- **Emails per month** counts every email sent for you, follow-ups included. The count resets on the 1st of each month.
- **Active contacts** are leads stored in your account across all campaigns and lists. Deleting contacts frees room.
- **Lead credits** pay for finding people. Adding one person from the database costs 1 credit. Browsing is free. Plan credits refresh each month and unused ones expire at the reset.
- **Email verification** is not paid with credits. It is billed per check on your invoice at $0.0017 a check, and one address takes one or two checks.

### Add-ons and extra costs

| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Credit top-up | $33 per 1,000 credits, or $20 per 1,000 when you buy 5,000 or more. Top-ups never expire |
| Done-for-you mailbox | $6 a mailbox a month plus $3 one-time setup |
| Pre-warmed mailbox | $6 a mailbox a month plus $16.79 once per domain |
| Domain | .com from $16.59 a year, .org from $14.99 a year |
| Done For You service | $497 a month: everything in Pro, plus 50 inboxes on 10 new domains, a lead list built for you and your first campaign written and launched with you |

Connecting mailboxes you already own is free. New trial accounts also get one free .com domain for a year and 2 mailboxes free for the first month, with no setup fee, on the first order.

### "Unlimited" has one exception

Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft accounts have no cap on any plan. Mailboxes on your own mail server over IMAP do have a cap: 10 on Starter, 40 on Pro, 120 on Max and 360 on Enterprise.

## What the 7-day trial gives you, and what it doesn't

The trial runs any plan's features for 7 days at $0 today. You can connect mailboxes, add leads and send a first campaign. You get 500 lead credits to find your first prospects.

What the trial does not include:

- **A free plan afterwards.** There is none. On day 7 the paid plan starts unless you cancel.
- **Free mailboxes beyond the welcome order.** Domains and mailboxes your setup agent lines up are charged when you approve them. Domain registrations are final.
- **A fully warmed mailbox.** Emailchaser's own ramp starts a new mailbox at 5 emails a day. A 7-day window only covers week one of that ramp.
- **Free verification.** Checks are billed at $0.0017 each on your invoice.
- **The Sales CRM.** It comes with Max and Enterprise only. Every plan has Unibox.

To check a few addresses first, Emailchaser's [free email verifier](https://www.emailchaser.com/email-verifier) works with no signup. It gives 3 free checks a day and can clean a list of up to 10,000 rows in your browser. Paid plans verify up to 50,000 addresses in one job.

## How finding, checking and sending fit together

### Lead finding

You search the people database by job title, seniority, location and company. A Chrome extension also exports leads from a Sales Navigator search, or you upload your own list.

### Two-step verification

Every address is checked for format, mail server and mailbox. A second, independent provider checks again every address the first one does not reject. Each result comes back as deliverable, risky, undeliverable or unknown, with the reason. Catch-all domains come back as risky, and Emailchaser suggests sending those in a smaller, separate batch.

### Sequences and rotation

You write the sequence once and add follow-up steps. Each campaign rotates across all the mailboxes you pick, so daily volume grows with each mailbox you add. A/B tests run up to 26 variants. AI can draft the sequence and add spintax so each email reads a little differently.

### Warm-up and ramp

Warm-up comes in two parts, both included on every plan:

1. **Gradual build-up.** A mailbox sends 5 emails a day in week one and 5 more each week after that. It holds at 50 a day from week 10. Mailboxes Emailchaser sets up for you start with it on.
2. **Warm-up pool.** Off on mailboxes you connect until you switch it on. It starts at 2 a day, adds 2 each weekday and stops at 40. Mailboxes bought through Emailchaser join automatically and rise to 10 a day. Google and Microsoft only. Emailchaser itself calls this simulated engagement.

At the 50 a day hold, 10 mailboxes send 500 emails a day. Starter's 5,000 emails a month is 10 days of that.

### Autopilot, API and MCP

Autopilot takes your website, works out who to email, finds your first 50 prospects, drafts the campaign and lines up 1 .com domain and 2 mailboxes. Nothing is bought or sent until you approve. Every plan also includes webhooks, an API and an MCP server, so tools like Claude Code and Cursor can run campaigns. Emailchaser says it is GDPR and CCPA compliant and offers a Data Processing Agreement on request.

## Two worked examples

These use Emailchaser's published November 2026 prices. The trial saves nothing on the yearly bill. The savings come from yearly billing and the welcome domain and mailboxes.

### Solo founder, Starter plan

One founder sends up to 5,000 emails a month and finds 1,500 leads a month with the included credits. They use the free welcome .com domain and 2 mailboxes.

- Starter monthly: $47 x 12 = $564
- Starter yearly: $470
- 2 mailboxes, first month free: 2 x $6 x 11 months = $132
- Verification, worst case of 2 checks per address: 1,500 x 2 x $0.0017 = $5.10 a month, or $61.20 a year

First-year total: $564 + $132 + $61.20 = **$757.20** on monthly billing, or $470 + $132 + $61.20 = **$663.20** on yearly billing. Yearly saves $94.

One catch: 2 mailboxes at the 50 a day hold send 100 a day. Using all 5,000 emails needs more mailboxes, at $6 a month plus $3 setup each.

### Three-person outbound team, Pro plan

Three reps share one account, since seats are unlimited. They send about 30,000 emails a month and use all 5,000 Pro credits. We assume 22 sending days a month, so 30,000 emails is about 1,364 a day. At 50 a mailbox, that needs 28 mailboxes. They run 30 across 6 domains.

- Pro monthly: $97 x 12 = $1,164
- Pro yearly: $970
- Mailboxes: 28 paid all year plus 2 welcome mailboxes paid for 11 months = 358 mailbox-months x $6 = $2,148
- Setup: 28 x $3 = $84
- Domains: 5 paid x $16.59 = $82.95 (the 6th is the free welcome domain)
- Verification, worst case: 5,000 x 2 x $0.0017 = $17 a month, or $204 a year

First-year total: $1,164 + $2,148 + $84 + $82.95 + $204 = **$3,682.95** monthly, or **$3,488.95** yearly. The plan is the small part. Mailboxes are about 60% of the bill.

The Done For You service is $497 x 12 = $5,964 a year for Pro plus 50 inboxes on 10 domains set up by the Emailchaser team. That costs $2,475.05 more than the yearly do-it-yourself total above, and buys you 20 extra inboxes and someone else doing the setup.

## The switch discount beats our offer

Emailchaser gives 50% off, for as long as you stay, to anyone moving from Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist. That makes Starter $23.50, Pro $48.50 and Max $179 a month. Start from the matching switch page and it applies at checkout with no code. Instantly users move campaigns with an API key. Smartlead and lemlist users move leads by CSV.

If you pay for one of those tools today, that program is worth far more than a 7-day trial. On Pro it saves $48.50 x 12 = $582 a year against monthly list price.

## How it compares with other cold email tools

| Tool | Entry plan, billed monthly | Billed yearly | Entry limits | Lead data |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Emailchaser | Starter, $47 | about $39.17 a month | 5,000 emails, 1,000 active contacts, unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes | 1,500 credits a month included |
| [Instantly](/offers/instantly) | Growth, $47 | $37.60 a month | 5,000 emails, 1,000 uploaded contacts, unlimited email accounts | Sold separately, Growth credits from $47 a month |
| Smartlead | Base, $39 | $32 a month | 6,000 sends, 2,000 contacts, unlimited email accounts | 2,000 verified emails a month listed |
| [lemlist](/offers/lemlist) | Email, $69 | $55 a month | 50,000 emails, unlimited users and senders | Add-on, 2,000 credits for $20 a month |
| [Reply.io](/offers/reply-io) | Email Volume, $59 | $49 a month | 1,000 active contacts, unlimited mailboxes | Own B2B database, limits vary by plan |

Smartlead Base is cheaper to enter. Instantly Growth costs the same $47 but sells lead credits separately. lemlist allows far more emails on its entry plan, and its Multichannel plan adds LinkedIn and calls at $109 per user per month. Reply.io Multichannel adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS at $99 per user per month.

At the next tier, Emailchaser Pro is $97 with 5,000 credits. Instantly Hypergrowth is $107 a month for 125,000 emails and 25,000 uploaded contacts, and lead credits are still extra. Smartlead Pro is $94 for 30,000 contacts and 90,000 sends.

For larger sales teams that want call recording, deal tracking and forecasting, [Salesloft](/offers/salesloft) is a different class of tool. Its pricing page publishes no prices and sends you to sales.

## Who it's for

- **Founders doing their own outbound** who want lead finding, verification and sending in one bill from $47 a month.
- **Small agencies.** Every client gets a free workspace, seats are unlimited, and white label on your own domain is listed on every plan.
- **Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist users** who can claim the 50% switch discount.

## Who should skip it

- **Anyone who needs LinkedIn steps, calls or SMS in one sequence.** The plans on Emailchaser's pricing page list email features only. lemlist Multichannel or Reply.io fit better.
- **Teams that need a full CRM on a small plan.** The Sales CRM starts at Max, $358 a month.
- **People who will not give a card for a trial.** The terms describe a card authorization at signup.
- **Very low senders on a tight budget.** Smartlead Base costs $8 a month less than Starter.
- **Teams relying on IMAP mail servers at scale.** Starter caps those at 10 mailboxes.

## Setup tips

1. Never send cold email from your main domain. Use the free welcome .com or a lookalike domain.
2. Run your domain through a health check before day one. Emailchaser's warm-up page says warm-up cannot rescue a domain that fails SPF, DKIM or DMARC.
3. Turn on the gradual build-up for every new mailbox and plan for week 10 before full volume.
4. Verify every list first. Send catch-all results in a smaller, separate batch.
5. Buy credit top-ups in blocks of 5,000 or more if you need them, at $20 per 1,000 instead of $33.

## How to claim the deal

1. Click the SaaSOffers link on this page to open Emailchaser.
2. Sign up with Google or email as a new customer.
3. Pick the plan you want to test. The 7-day free trial starts with $0 charged.
4. Add a card. Emailchaser places a temporary authorization for up to your first month's price.
5. Connect mailboxes or claim the free welcome domain and 2 mailboxes, then send a test campaign.
6. Cancel before day 7 if it is not a fit. Otherwise the plan starts on day 7.

If you are moving from Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist, start from Emailchaser's switch page for that tool instead. That is how you get the 50% discount.
