## The Globalfy offer for SaaSOffers members

**Offer:** 20% off company formation (up to $1,000).

**Who qualifies:** founders forming a US LLC or C Corp with Globalfy on the Remote, Essential or Scale plan, or migrating an existing US company to Globalfy.

**Promo code:** PARTNER-SAASOFFERS20, entered at checkout.

Globalfy confirmed this offer to us in writing on November 4, 2026. We checked these plans and prices against Globalfy's official pricing and help pages in November 2026.

Globalfy forms US companies for people who live outside the US. It files an LLC or a corporation, applies for the EIN, acts as registered agent, gives you a US business address with mail scanning, and helps you apply for a bank account with Mercury or Lili. The Remote, Essential and Scale plans also include the annual federal tax return. Globalfy says it was founded in 2015, which makes it 11 years old in 2026. It says 99% of its clients are based outside the US and 95% of them choose an LLC. Support runs in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Globalfy is a private company, not a law firm or a government agency.

## A Black Friday sale is running at the same time

Globalfy's own site has a Black Friday campaign until November 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. That is 22 days after November 5, 2026. The campaign takes a fixed amount off each plan, applied automatically at checkout:

- Remote: $200 off
- Essential: $300 off
- Scale: $500 off
- Starter: not part of the campaign

Anyone gets that discount, with or without our code. Globalfy's FAQ says the sale combines with a referral code, but not whether a partner code like ours stacks on the sale price. Enter PARTNER-SAASOFFERS20 and check the total before you pay. The math is below.

## Globalfy plans and prices

All prices below are annual. Globalfy's terms say subscriptions can be billed monthly or yearly, but the pricing page only publishes yearly prices. State fees are never included.

| Plan | List price per year | Black Friday price (until Nov 27, 2026) | Billed monthly | Key limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $588 | $588 (not in the sale) | Not published | Formation, EIN, address, registered agent, initial documents. No tax filing or state renewal. Not covered by our offer |
| Remote | $998 | $798 | Not published | LLC only, one member, services delivered 100% outside the US, no US-source income (non-ECI) |
| Essential | $1,308 | $1,008 | Not published | LLC or Corp, any business model, full federal filings, 1 tax specialist call a year |
| Scale | From $5,028 | From $4,528 | Not published | Everything in Essential plus monthly bookkeeping up to $50,000 in monthly expenses |

### What every paid plan includes

Remote, Essential and Scale all list the same base:

- State registration, which Globalfy says it files in one business day
- EIN: Globalfy prepares and files Form SS-4 and tracks it until the number is issued
- US business address with mail scanning
- Registered agent
- Post-formation document templates
- Compliance calendar
- Named account executive
- Bank account assistance with Mercury and Lili, "even before your EIN is issued"
- Annual state renewal (the filing, not the state fee)
- A free Fynance license for AI bookkeeping, which Globalfy values at $360
- Access to "$200K+" in partner credits from companies such as Google Ads, Stripe, OpenAI and AWS

### Where the plans differ

**Remote** files Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120. That is the federal filing for a foreign-owned single-member LLC with no US trade or business. You get 1 call a year with a tax specialist. Globalfy says Remote is not for e-commerce sellers or distributors in the US, companies with more than 1 member, investors with US income, or anyone with a physical US presence.

**Essential** files the full federal set for your entity type: Form 1040NR with Schedule C for a single-member LLC with US income, Form 1065 and Forms 8804/8805 for a multi-member LLC, or Form 1120 for a corporation, plus Form 5472 where it applies. It includes one state income tax return if applicable and up to 2 hours a year of replies to IRS and state letters. Each member's personal 1040NR in a multi-member LLC costs $195 extra.

**Scale** adds a dedicated accountant, monthly bookkeeping, quarterly estimated taxes, sales tax registration and reporting in 1 state (a $250 value on its own), unlimited tax specialist calls and up to 4 hours a year of replies to tax letters. Base bookkeeping covers up to $50,000 in monthly expenses. Above that you buy add-on packages. Scale is sold through a sales call, not self-checkout.

### What the plans do not include

- State fees for formation, annual report or franchise tax. You pay these on top, and Globalfy passes them to the state.
- Delaware or Wyoming annual taxes themselves. Globalfy files the report; the tax is yours.
- Personal 1040NR returns for each member of a multi-member LLC ($195 each).
- Forms such as 1120-F and a foreign EIN when another company is a member.
- Catch-up bookkeeping for past periods. It is quoted separately and is not refundable once work starts.
- Tax filing if your plan was active for less than 30 days before your fiscal year ended, or lapses within 30 days of the due date. Globalfy's terms set both conditions.

There is no free plan. A free account exists, but only to buy one-time services.

## What the code saves on each plan

Twenty percent off, capped at $1,000. The cap only bites above $5,000, so it matters on Scale and nowhere else.

| Plan | 20% of list price | Price with our code | Black Friday saving alone | If the code stacks on the sale price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Remote | $199.60 | $798.40 | $200 | $638.40 (a further $159.60 off) |
| Essential | $261.60 | $1,046.40 | $300 | $806.40 (a further $201.60 off) |
| Scale | $1,005.60, capped at $1,000 | $4,028 | $500 | $3,622.40 (a further $905.60 off) |

Before November 27, 2026, the automatic sale beats our code on its own for Remote ($200 vs $199.60) and Essential ($300 vs $261.60). On Scale our code wins by $500. After November 27, prices return to list and our code is the larger discount on every eligible plan.

### Example 1: a solo consultant with a Wyoming LLC on Remote

A designer in Portugal works from home for clients in Europe and the US. Remote fits.

- Remote at list price: $998
- Our code: $998 x 20% = $199.60 off, so $798.40
- Wyoming formation fee as quoted by Globalfy: $103.75
- **Year one: $798.40 + $103.75 = $902.15**

Wyoming's annual license tax is $60 for a company with up to $300,000 in Wyoming assets. Our offer covers formation, so plan for the full renewal price in year two: $998 + $60 = $1,058. Globalfy renews subscriptions automatically on their anniversary.

### Example 2: two founders raising money with a Delaware C Corp on Essential

Two founders in Brazil plan a seed round. Investors expect a Delaware C Corp, and Remote does not offer corporations, so Essential is the plan.

- Essential at list price: $1,308
- Our code: $1,308 x 20% = $261.60 off, so $1,046.40
- Plus Delaware's formation filing fee, which Globalfy shows before you pay (we could not confirm the figure on Globalfy's site)

From year two, Delaware charges a $50 annual report fee and a franchise tax of at least $175 under the Authorized Shares method, or at least $400 under the Assumed Par Value Capital method. Using the lowest figures: $1,308 + $50 + $175 = $1,533 a year. The corporation also owes 21% federal tax on its profits. Ask an accountant which franchise tax method gives the lower bill for your share structure.

### Example 3: a SaaS company with real revenue on Scale

At the Scale starting price of $5,028, 20% is $1,005.60, so the cap applies: you save $1,000 and pay $4,028 plus state fees. Scale is priced "starting at", so confirm the code on your final quote.

## Picking LLC or C Corp as a non-US founder

Globalfy's start company and plans pages say this:

- **LLC** is pass-through. There is no tax at the company level, and profits flow to the members. It suits consultants, agencies, info product sellers and bootstrapped SaaS. A foreign-owned single-member LLC still files Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 every year. The IRS penalty for a missed or incomplete 5472 is $25,000 per form per year.
- **C Corp** pays 21% federal tax at the company level and issues shares. It is the standard if you plan to raise venture capital or give equity to employees and investors. Globalfy's startup page says "A C Corporation in Delaware is the standard structure recommended by investors."
- **State:** Globalfy pushes Wyoming for low upkeep and privacy, Delaware for fundraising, and Florida or Texas if you hold inventory in a US warehouse. It also supports Nevada and New Mexico.

If a funding round is likely, ask your accountant and lawyer about structure before you file, not after. This is general information, not tax advice. Check with an accountant in your home country too, because your local tax rules decide how US profits are taxed when they reach you.

## Who it's for

- Non-US freelancers and consultants who want a US LLC, a US address and a Mercury or Lili account to get paid by US clients. Remote covers the yearly 5472 filing.
- Small SaaS teams with two or more founders who want formation, state renewal and federal returns bundled under one annual fee on Essential.
- Founders who prefer support in Spanish or Portuguese. Globalfy staffs all three languages.
- Owners of an existing US company who are behind on filings or unhappy with their provider. Migration plans include the state amendment to change the registered agent and address, and the same 20% applies.
- E-commerce sellers with US inventory who need sales tax handled (Scale).

## Who should skip it

- **Founders who only need the filing.** If you will handle taxes yourself, a one-time formation service such as Stripe Atlas at $500 costs less in year one than any Globalfy plan with tax included.
- **US residents.** Globalfy says 99% of its clients are based outside the US, and the Remote plan is only for people delivering services from outside the US.
- **Starter buyers.** Starter ($588) is outside our offer and the Black Friday sale. Upgrading from Starter to Essential later adds a $200 onboarding fee.
- **Anyone who needs legal work.** Globalfy offers templates, not lawyers. Vesting, SAFE notes and IP assignments for a funded startup need a law firm or a tool built for that, such as Clerky.
- **Founders who want a monthly bill.** Monthly prices are not published.

## Globalfy vs Stripe Atlas, doola and Clerky

| | Globalfy | [Stripe Atlas](/offers/stripe-atlas) | [doola](/offers/doola) | [Clerky](/offers/clerky) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $588/yr Starter; $998/yr Remote with tax filing | $500 one-time, then $100/yr | $297/yr Starter + state fees | $427 one-time incorporation |
| State fees | Extra | Included for Delaware formation | Extra | Not itemized for the $427 option (check at checkout) |
| Entities | LLC or Corp in 6 states | C Corp, LLC, subsidiary (Delaware) | LLC or C Corp, 50 states | Delaware C Corp |
| Annual federal tax filing | Included on Remote, Essential, Scale | Not in the listed price | From $1,999/yr (Tax and Compliance) | Not in the listed price |
| Bank account | Mercury and Lili | Stripe Treasury account; $500 bonus if opened within 7 days of incorporation | Mercury | Not listed |
| Best for | Non-US founders who want tax filing in the yearly fee | Startups raising money that want speed and Stripe credits | Founders who want more state choice | Funded startups that need legal paperwork |

Atlas includes $2,500 in Stripe credits. Without an SSN, Atlas says an EIN takes 5 to 35 business days. Clerky sells a $299 post-incorporation package for bylaws, board consent and stock purchase agreements. doola's Business-in-a-Box is $2,999 a year with a dedicated bookkeeper.

On price for tax-inclusive service, Globalfy Remote at $798.40 with our code is well under doola's $1,999 Tax and Compliance plan. The trade-off is that Remote only fits a single member with no US-source income.

## Setup tips

1. Pick the plan by eligibility, not price. If you have a cofounder or sell physical goods in the US, Globalfy says Remote is not for you. Essential files the full federal return for your entity type.
2. Think about your start date. Globalfy's FAQ says you can pay now and start formation in January 2027 to avoid paying a state renewal right after you form. Delaware's annual tax is not prorated, so a December formation can cost a full extra year.
3. Have your passport ready. Banks ask for formation papers, the EIN, proof of address and a passport.
4. Ask for the state fee before paying. Globalfy quotes the Wyoming formation fee at $103.75. Delaware's LLC tax is $400 a year on the state's site, even though one Globalfy guide still says $300.
5. Note the refund window. A partial refund on a formation is at Globalfy's discretion within 7 days of payment and only before anything is submitted to the state.

## How to claim the deal

1. Open Globalfy through the SaaSOffers link on this page.
2. Choose Start a Company for a new LLC or C Corp, or Switch Company if you already have a US company.
3. Select the Remote, Essential or Scale plan. For Scale, book the call with sales and mention the code.
4. At checkout, enter **PARTNER-SAASOFFERS20**.
5. Check that the 20% discount (up to $1,000) shows in the total. Before November 27, 2026, compare it with the automatic Black Friday price and keep the lower total.
6. Pay, then complete Globalfy's onboarding questions so the state filing can start.

## FAQ

### What is the SaaSOffers deal on Globalfy?

20% off company formation, capped at $1,000, with code PARTNER-SAASOFFERS20 at checkout. It applies to the Remote, Essential and Scale plans and to migration for founders who already have a US company. Globalfy confirmed it to us in writing on November 4, 2026. The Starter plan is not included.

### Does the code stack with Globalfy's Black Friday sale?

Globalfy's site does not say. Its own Black Friday campaign takes $200 off Remote, $300 off Essential and $500 off Scale until November 27, 2026, and is applied automatically. On its own, that sale saves slightly more than our code on Remote and Essential, while our code saves $1,000 on Scale. Check the checkout total and keep the lower one.

### How much does Globalfy cost?

List prices are $588 a year for Starter, $998 for Remote, $1,308 for Essential and from $5,028 for Scale. State fees for formation, annual reports and franchise tax are extra. With our code, Remote is $798.40, Essential is $1,046.40 and Scale starts at $4,028.

### Should a non-US founder choose an LLC or a C Corp?

Globalfy says 95% of its clients choose an LLC, which has no company-level tax and suits consultants and bootstrapped businesses. A C Corp pays 21% federal tax and is the structure investors expect, usually in Delaware. If you plan to raise venture capital, look at a Delaware C Corp. Check with an accountant before you file.

### Can Globalfy open a US bank account for me?

Globalfy helps you apply for a business account with its partners Mercury and Lili through its platform, and says you can start before your EIN is issued. Approval is the bank's decision, not Globalfy's. Banks typically ask for formation documents, the EIN, proof of address and a passport.

### Does Globalfy file my US taxes?

Yes, on paid plans with tax. Remote files Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 for a single-member LLC with no US-source income. Essential and Scale file the full federal return for your entity type, such as Form 1065 or Form 1120. Personal 1040NR returns for each member of a multi-member LLC cost $195 extra. Your plan must be active at least 30 days before your fiscal year ends.
