About Antler Singapore

Antler is a global early-stage investor that started in Singapore in 2017. It now reports more than 1,800 portfolio companies across 26 offices. The Singapore program is a founder residency, and Antler changed it in January 2026.

The residency is now 6 weeks long and aimed at founders building global software companies, and the investment terms went up. Founders arrive with an idea they are already working on, test it with Antler's team and peers, and pitch for investment at the end. The deal has three parts.

Antler invests $100,000 for 10% after the residency, adds $50,000 through an uncapped SAFE with a most favored nation clause, and commits to match 50% of the next institutional round up to $250,000. That brings the total to as much as $400,000 from inception. Antler Elevate can invest up to $25 million later.

There is no fee to join, but founders pay their own travel and living costs. Antler says fewer than 3% of applicants are accepted. Singapore portfolio companies include Airalo, Reebelo, FileAI, Volopay, Qashier and Boxo.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through an AI-guided conversation plus a pitch deck. The most recent residency began on October 5, 2026.

What Antler Singapore looks for

Antler Singapore wants founders building global software companies with strong execution and a global mindset. You need an idea you are actively working on, though a polished product is not required. The team looks for evidence of learning speed: what you tested, what you learned and what comes next. Full-time, in-person commitment is required, and the program is industry-agnostic. Solo founders can apply.

How the Antler Singapore program works

The Singapore residency runs for six weeks in person. Founders join with an idea they are already working on. Some come as a team, and others meet co-founders during the residency.

Week by week, teams test the problem, the ideal customer and their assumptions, with support from Antler's Singapore team, experts and other founders. At the end, teams pitch to Antler's investment committee. Approved companies receive $100,000 for 10% equity after the residency plus $50,000 on an uncapped MFN SAFE.

When the company raises its next institutional round, Antler commits 50% of that round up to $250,000 at the latest valuation. Portfolio companies then get access to Antler's global network across 26 offices and to follow-on capital through Antler Elevate.
