Editor Notes on Emailchaser
## Emailchaser review: one bill for leads, checks and sending
We have not run a campaign on Emailchaser ourselves. This review is based on Emailchaser's pricing page, help center, warm-up page, email verifier page and terms of service, checked on 5 November 2026, plus its public Trustpilot page on the same date. Our SaaSOffers listing is Emailchaser's standard 7-day free trial.
## What Emailchaser is
Emailchaser is cold email software from Emailchaser LLC, based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It finds leads in a people database, verifies each address with two providers, and sends sequences with follow-ups from every mailbox you connect. Replies land in one inbox called Unibox. Plans start at $47 a month.
Its team page lists three partners: Jordan Fried, Nadav Boaz and Robby Frank. The founder story is signed by George Wauchope. He says he built the Email Finder first and added sending later.
## What it does well
**Lead credits come with the plan.** Starter includes 1,500 credits a month, Pro 5,000, Max 10,000 and Enterprise 30,000. One credit adds one person from the database. Instantly and lemlist both sell lead data as a separate purchase.
**No per-inbox or per-seat fees.** Google and Microsoft mailboxes are unlimited on every plan, and so are team seats. A three-person team pays for one plan, not three.
**Verification uses two providers.** Every address is checked for format, mail server and mailbox. A second provider checks again every address the first does not reject. Results come back as deliverable, risky, undeliverable or unknown, with the reason. Checks cost $0.0017 each.
**Warm-up is built in and described plainly.** The gradual build-up starts a mailbox at 5 emails a day and adds 5 a week until it holds at 50 from week 10. The separate warm-up pool starts at 2 a day and stops at 40. Emailchaser openly calls the pool simulated engagement.
**Clear published limits.** Emails per month, active contacts, credits, IMAP caps and add-on prices are all on the pricing page. You can price a full year before signing up.
**A real switch offer.** Anyone moving from Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist gets 50% off for as long as they stay. Instantly campaigns move over with an API key.
**Agent and API access.** Every plan includes webhooks, an API and an MCP server. Autopilot drafts a first campaign from your website and orders nothing until you approve.
## Where it falls short
**The trial needs a card.** The terms describe a temporary authorization for up to your first month's price. The plan starts on day 7 unless you cancel.
**There is no free plan.** After 7 days you pay or you leave.
**Starter is small.** It allows 5,000 emails a month and 1,000 active contacts. Smartlead Base offers 6,000 sends and 2,000 contacts for $39.
**Email only on the published plans.** The pricing page lists no LinkedIn, call or SMS steps. lemlist Multichannel and Reply.io Multichannel include them.
**The CRM starts at Max.** Max costs $358 a month. Smaller plans get Unibox only.
**Mailboxes drive the real cost.** For a team sending 30,000 emails a month, about 30 done-for-you mailboxes cost $2,148 a year plus setup, more than the Pro plan itself.
**Seven days is short for cold email.** Emailchaser's own ramp keeps a new mailbox at 5 emails a day for the first week. You can test the workflow in a week, not reply rates at volume.
## Public ratings
On 5 November 2026 Emailchaser's Trustpilot page showed a TrustScore of 3.1 from 2 reviews, with a note that the company has not invited customers recently. Two reviews is too few to judge by. Emailchaser's own reviews page shows 34 customer messages with screenshots, which it selected itself. We did not fetch G2 or Capterra ratings.
## Who it suits
- Founders who want lead finding, verification and sending on one bill from $47 a month. - Agencies, since every client gets a free workspace and seats are unlimited. - Teams already paying Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist who can take the 50% switch price.
## Who should look elsewhere
- Teams that need LinkedIn, calls or SMS in the same sequence. - Very small senders who want the lowest entry price. - Anyone unwilling to put a card down for a trial.
## Verdict
Emailchaser is a good fit if you want one tool to find, check and email leads, with credits included and no per-inbox fees. Its pricing page is unusually complete, so you can model your bill in advance. The weak spots are a short card-backed trial, no free plan and email-only plans. Use the 7 days to connect mailboxes, run a list through verification and check the workflow. If you are switching from Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist, start from Emailchaser's switch page instead, because 50% off for as long as you stay is worth more than any trial.
