Editor Notes on Globalfy

## Globalfy review: formation plus the yearly tax return

We have not formed a company with Globalfy ourselves. This review is based on Globalfy's own plans page, terms of service and guides, checked in November 2026, plus its public Trustpilot page. SaaSOffers members get 20% off company formation (up to $1,000) with code PARTNER-SAASOFFERS20 on the Remote, Essential and Scale plans.

## What Globalfy is

Globalfy is a private company that forms and maintains US LLCs and corporations for people who live outside the US. It says it was founded in 2015, so it has been running for 11 years as of November 2026. It says 99% of its clients are based outside the US and 95% of them choose an LLC. Support is in English, Spanish and Portuguese. It forms companies in Wyoming, Delaware, Florida, Texas, Nevada and New Mexico.

It describes itself as a privately held administrative support company, not affiliated with any US government agency, and its site footer says the content is not legal advice.

## What it does well

**The tax return is in the yearly fee.** Remote ($998 a year) files Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 for a foreign-owned single-member LLC. Essential ($1,308) files the full federal return for an LLC or a corporation. Missing a Form 5472 can cost $25,000 per form per year under IRS rules, so having it filed by default is the main reason to choose Globalfy over a filing-only service.

**Plans are matched to eligibility.** The plans page sorts founders by profile: SaaS, startup, e-commerce, info products, consulting and investor. It says plainly who cannot use Remote: anyone with a cofounder, US inventory, a US office or US investment income. That helps you avoid buying a plan that files the wrong return.

**Bank account help.** Globalfy connects you to Mercury and Lili through its platform and says you can start the application before your EIN arrives. The bank still makes the decision.

**Human support in three languages.** Remote, Essential and Scale each include a named account executive. Scale adds WhatsApp support and a dedicated bookkeeper team.

**Existing companies can move in.** The migration plans include a state amendment to change the registered agent and address. Our 20% applies to migration too.

## Where it falls short

**It costs more than a filing-only service.** Starter is $588 a year and Remote is $998. Stripe Atlas forms a Delaware company for $500 once, state fees included, and doola Starter is $297 a year plus state fees. If you plan to file your own taxes, Globalfy is not the cheap option.

**State fees are always extra.** Plan prices exclude formation fees, annual reports and franchise tax. Globalfy quotes $103.75 to form in Wyoming. A Delaware corporation owes at least $225 a year in report fee and minimum franchise tax.

**Monthly prices are not published.** The terms mention monthly billing, but the site lists only yearly prices.

**Scale needs a sales call.** Scale starts at $5,028 a year and the final price depends on your bookkeeping volume. Base bookkeeping covers up to $50,000 in monthly expenses.

**Some guides are out of date.** One Globalfy blog post still lists a plan called "Essential Remote" and mentions Xero. Its LLC guide says Delaware's LLC tax is $300 a year, while Delaware's own site says $400.

**Refunds are narrow.** A formation refund is partial, at Globalfy's discretion, and only within 7 days of payment and before anything is filed with the state.

## What customers say

On November 5, 2026, Globalfy's Trustpilot page showed a TrustScore of 4.9 from 831 reviews, 266 of them in the past 12 months. 92% were 5-star and 3% were 1-star. Reviewers often named individual staff members and praised response times. Trustpilot's own summary noted that some reviewers were unhappy with communication. We did not check G2 or other review sites.

## LLC or C Corp with Globalfy

Globalfy's guidance follows the usual split. An LLC has no company-level tax and suits consultants, agencies and bootstrapped products. A C Corp pays 21% federal tax and is the structure investors expect, usually in Delaware. Remote only forms LLCs, so a startup planning to raise money should look at Essential with a Delaware C Corp. Your home country's tax rules matter just as much, so check with an accountant before choosing.

## Is the SaaSOffers deal worth it?

After November 27, 2026, our code is the biggest discount we found for Globalfy. It saves $199.60 on Remote, $261.60 on Essential and $1,000 on Scale. Until that date, Globalfy's own Black Friday sale takes $200, $300 and $500 off automatically. That beats our code on Remote and Essential but not on Scale. The site does not say whether the two stack, so compare totals at checkout.

## Verdict

Globalfy suits non-US founders who want formation, a registered agent, an address, bank account help and the annual federal return under one yearly fee, with support in Spanish or Portuguese if they need it. It does not suit founders who only want the filing, or funded startups that need legal documents such as SAFEs and stock purchase agreements. For those, Stripe Atlas or Clerky fit better.
