About HEC Paris Incubator

The HEC Paris Incubator, or Incubateur HEC Paris, is the startup program of HEC Paris business school. It was created in 2007 and has been based at Station F, the large startup campus in Paris, since 2017. HEC says it has supported more than 900 startups, with 7 IPOs and €1 billion raised from investors.

Alumni include Leetchi, Ovrsea, Garantme, Spacefill, MyJobGlasses and Point Vision. The program is à la carte. Its stated goal is to help founders reach in four months what would take a year alone.

It is open to all founders, not only HEC graduates, and runs in English or French. The incubator does not invest money. Founders pay a fee instead.

The Station F track costs €300 per desk per month, rising by €40 per desk per month each quarter, inside a space of more than 200 desks. An online track costs €300 per startup per month and suits teams based elsewhere. Startups get access to the HEC network of about 60,000 alumni, 4,000 students a year, faculty and over 1,000 experts, plus Station F's 150+ perks and 600+ events a year.

9 out of 5 satisfaction score and 42% women project leaders. Recent intakes had 13 startups each, in spring and fall 2026.

What HEC Paris Incubator looks for

HEC lists six traits. Founders should be ambitious and conscious, aiming to build a global company with positive impact. They should be strong executors, collaborative with the community, deeply knowledgeable about their industry and competitors, and humble enough to seek criticism. HEC also says diversity is one of its recruitment principles, so founders who do not fit the typical HEC profile are encouraged to apply. Being an HEC graduate is not required.

How the HEC Paris Incubator program works

Each batch starts a four-month program that founders can extend in successive three-month periods, up to eight periods in total. Because incubees can stay as long as they need, the number of new places each quarter depends on how many teams leave. The program is participatory and built à la carte.

Founders work on their own goals with the support team, meet experts from a pool of more than 1,000, join workshops and webinars on topics such as fundraising, and attend events with corporates and investors. The Station F track gives a desk on campus and full access to Station F resources. The online track gives the same support remotely.

HEC also runs partner tracks inside its Incubation and Acceleration Center, such as KOSME for Korean startups, the Meta AI Startup Program and Women Entrepreneurs for Good, each with its own intake.
