About Station F Fighters Program

The Fighters Program is an in-house program run by Station F, the startup campus in Paris founded by Xavier Niel. It has run since 2017 and is designed for founders from atypical or less privileged backgrounds, including people without engineering or business degrees, without higher education, and refugees. The program is free and is taught in French.

TikTok powers the program. Station F redesigned Fighters in 2023 with a target of 1,000 Fighters a year, after supporting about 100 startups from 2018 and just under 400 entrepreneurs in 2023. It now runs in two rounds.

Round 1 is a one-month course on the basics of entrepreneurship, open online and on site. The most promising projects move to Round 2, which gives a dedicated desk at Station F and full access to campus resources and events. Selection has become tight.

Station F said in January 2026 that its latest batch drew more than 500 applicants for 12 places, and that 40% of those startups already had revenue. The July 2025 batch had 13 startups, 54% led by at least one woman and 62% building AI-first products. In 2026, TikTok's SOAR program added workshops, one-to-one mentoring and TikTok Shop showcases for Fighters.

Past Fighters include Oneflash, which raised €3 million, and Reenbow, which raised €2 million. The latest batch started on 15 July 2026.

What Station F Fighters Program looks for

Station F looks for entrepreneurs from underprivileged or atypical backgrounds who have not had the same access to networks and resources as others. Applicants need a tech-based idea they are fully focused on and a clear vision, but not an MVP. They must work on the project full time. Station F has described its selection criteria as deserving, supportive of others, creative, autonomous and committed to leading their business.

How the Station F Fighters Program program works

Fighters runs in two rounds. Round 1 lasts one month and teaches the basics of starting a company. It includes advice from experienced founders, office hours with the Station F team and access to the Fighters community.

The format is hybrid, so participants can follow it online or on site, and it is designed to fit around other commitments. At the end of Round 1, the most promising projects move to Round 2. Round 2 gives a dedicated desk at Station F, access to the campus's resources and exclusive events, and membership in the campus community.

On-site presence is required to benefit fully. In the 2023 format, Round 2 lasted six months and ended with a pitch day where Fighters pitched to join one of the roughly 30 partner programs on campus. TikTok teams run workshops, and the SOAR program adds mentoring and TikTok Shop exposure.
