## Willow pricing in November 2026

Willow has a free plan and three paid tiers. Pro costs $15 per user per month, or $12 billed yearly. Business costs $35 a month, or $28 billed yearly. Enterprise is a custom quote. We checked these prices on Willow's pricing page, its help center and its App Store listing in November 2026.

SaaSOffers members get 3 months of Willow Pro free (up to 20 seats) with code WILLOWMP3. The offer is for startups. Willow confirmed it to us on November 1, 2026. It is not listed on Willow's public site.

The Pro card reads "user/mo" and the Business card reads "/mo". Willow's page never states that Business is per seat, so confirm it with Willow before budgeting.

## What each price buys

**Basic, free.** Unlimited use of the Frontier Mini model, limited personalization and 20 Scribe uses per week. Support is Standard.

**Pro, $15 or $12.** Everything in Basic, plus unlimited use of the Frontier Pro model, priority transcription, smart memory of your writing style, unlimited Scribe and longer dictations. You also get priority support, prioritized feature requests and early feature access.

**Business, $35 or $28.** Everything in Pro, plus enforced privacy mode, SOC 2 Type II compliance, enforced HIPAA and admin controls. The comparison table adds centralized billing, a shared team dictionary and a team management dashboard here.

**Enterprise, custom.** Everything in Business, plus invoice or PO billing, SSO/SAML, MSA and DPA, usage dashboards and API, and dedicated 1:1 support. A help article says organizations up to 50 seats can upgrade self-serve in the app, and those above 50 seats may qualify for bulk rates. No Enterprise price is published.

## What 3 free months are worth

These figures assume WILLOWMP3 covers 3 full months of Pro per seat. Willow's public pages do not say whether it applies to monthly billing, yearly billing or both.

If the code works on monthly billing, 3 free months plus 9 paid months costs $135 per seat. A yearly plan costs $144. The offer route is $9 cheaper per seat in year one, and you are not locked in after month 3.

Willow's terms say subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Budget for regular fees from month 4. You can cancel from Plan & Billing, and the plan stays active to the end of the billing period. The terms do not mention refunds.

## Discounts anyone can get

- **Referrals.** A friend you refer gets a free first month after subscribing, and you get one free month of Pro. On an annual plan you get $15 of credit instead. - **Students, educators, nonprofit staff and volunteers, active military and veterans.** 30% off Willow Pro after verification. - **Yearly billing.** 20% off monthly pricing.

Willow lists no startup discount and no free trial on its pricing or help pages. Our 3 months is 2 months longer than the referral month. We don't know whether WILLOWMP3 stacks with any of these.

## How seat billing works

Seat counts follow workspace membership. Willow's billing article says you do not update them by hand. With auto-approval on, anyone who joins becomes a seat. The collaboration article says anyone with an invite link can join. Turn auto-approval off if you plan to stay within the 20 seats. Willow does not publish what a seat above 20 costs under this code.

When a team upgrades, Willow pauses any member's individual Pro plan so nobody is billed twice. Only the Billing Admin can change billing settings.

iPhone purchases go through Apple, where Pro is $15.00 monthly or $143.99 a year.

## Where Willow's pages differ

We use the pricing page as the current source:

- **Free word cap.** The pricing page says unlimited on the weaker model. The App Store says "a weekly word limit". A help article dated July 9, 2026 says 2,000 words per week. - **Recording length.** That help article lists 5 minutes per session on Free and 8 minutes on paid plans. The pricing page says only "Increased dictation length" on Pro. - **Team plan.** The help article lists Team Pro at $12 per user per month with a 3 seat minimum, and no Business tier. The pricing page shows Business at $35 or $28.

Ask which team plan your code applies to before you invite 20 people.

Superwhisper is cheaper per seat than Willow Pro. Wispr Flow Pro costs the same, and it includes team billing at that price.
